RETURNS: Copyright laws do not permit returns on cross stitch leaflets/charts, needlework designs or kits. Should there be a problem with your order, first email me so I can resolve the issue.

If for some reason you are disappointed with an item, please contact me immediately. My customer's satisfaction and my reputation are important, so let's resolve any issues before you leave negative feedback.
